Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Refunds are considered within 30 days of initial purchase if the service did not perform as described.
• Renewals are typically non-refundable; cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
• Enterprise or custom agreements may follow separate refund terms defined in the contract.

How to Request

• Contact support with your Telegram username, plan, and reason for the request.
• We may request logs or screenshots to diagnose issues before processing a refund.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or provider.

Cancellations

• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period.
• Once cancelled, auto-trading stops when your billing period ends or when you revoke MT5 access.
